Kristie Smith, Indianapolis REALTOR & Relocation Director
Yearning to flex her entrepreneurial muscles, Kristie Smith left her corporate marketing job in 2003 to found the Indy Homes Team.
In just a few short years, Kristie’s focus on client service and great outcomes built the Indy Homes Team into one of the top real estate groups in Indianapolis. The team currently ranks #2 nationally among all ERA franchises in terms of sales volume.
Kristie’s areas of expertise include:
- Marketing luxury homes—Kristie earned and maintains a certification through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Through this specialized training and her experience working with high-end clientele, Kristie has honed the marketing, selling and communication skills that best serve the luxury market.
- Assisting clients moving to Indianapolis—As relocation director for ERA Real Estate Links, Kristie spends more than 50 percent of her time working with professionals moving to Indianapolis. Kristie’s vast knowledge of Indianapolis and the surrounding area enables her to guide her clients to the location and home that will work best for them. Several Indianapolis corporations entrust their recruits and new hires to Kristie and the Indy Homes Team, who provide a great introduction to the Circle City.
- Marketing homes online—96 percent of buyers use the Internet to find their new home. Kristie is well known in Indianapolis for her savvy use of the Internet and social media to connect with her audiences and market homes. As a result, most of her homes sell in 60 days of less.
Kristie has been designated a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) by the National Association of Realtors, the highest level a REALTOR can attain. Home buyers and sellers can trust that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict Realtor code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
Rhonda Hoeft, REALTOR
Buyer’s agent/listing agent Rhonda Hoeft joined the Indy Homes team in July of 2011. Rhonda’s expertise in helping clients find the perfect home was honed at Estridge Homes, where she worked as a new home consultant for 7 ½ years.
“It was at Estridge that I fell in love with assisting clients in not only finding a home that fits their style preference, but one in which their family can grow in for years to come,” Rhonda says. “So often, clients think they know what they want but the details haven’t been thought through. I specialize in finding the home with the hidden details the client hasn’t thought of.”
Rhonda, a transplant from the Pittsburgh, PA area, has lived in Fishers with her husband, Kyle, and their two boys for the past 11 years.
Amy McIntyre, REALTOR and Client Service Manager
Realtor Amy McIntyre brings her smile, wit, great customer service and administrative flair to the team. Having worked as a nurse in her prior career, Amy’s knowledge of health care and the local hospital systems is invaluable as we serve our physician and health care clients.
It’s no secret that Amy is Kristie Smith’s sister. Working as part of a team has brought Amy and Kristie closer than ever, and that sisterly energy radiates through the entire Indy Homes Team.
Amy owns her home in Broad Ripple and is forever redecorating it in her spare time. She also loves to travel, read and learn—about everything. (Just ask her about PF/PaO2 ratios.)
Amber Wilson, Client Services Assistant
Amber Wilson is the detail person on the team. She works part-time doing special projects, following up with clients, and making sure the office is in tip-top shape.
Amber has worked with Kristie longer than anyone on our team—more than seven years now. If you want to know any of Kristie’s “dark secrets,” just ask Amber! After all, she manages her home, finances, plus keeps the entire team organized.
