Innovative floor plans enter the Indianapolis new home market!
As a REALTOR, I regularly show my clients brand-new homes and introduce them to both custom and production builders and the communities they build in. Many times I find myself feeling like I’m in the movie Groundhog Day—showing the exact same floor plan over and over and over again. So, it’s extremely refreshing to view homes and floor plans that are unique and different from what everyone else is building. And, this past week, I experienced the thrill of discovering innovative new floor plans when visiting Drees Homes’ HOT new project, just launched in Indianapolis.
Drees Homes’ Clarity Collection offers innovative floor plans for the way today’s modern family lives.
For my sneak peek at Drees Homes’ new Clarity Collection, I visited the Brookhaven community in Zionsville, and there I found a collection of homes that will capture your family’s hearts. It certainly captured mine!
Drees’ new design concept is themed around “Home is where the heart is.” We hear that saying all the time, but isn’t it so true? And even more so if your family has a special haven to call their own—a place for togetherness, quiet, comfortable nights in and casual entertaining with friends.
The homes in the Clarity Collection are designed for the way the modern family lives today, with sweeping spaces that allow families to spend time together in wide, open kitchens and large family rooms. In these new designs, Mom and Dad don’t have to be left out of movie night while they prepare dinner; the entire family can enjoy a shared experience from different vantage points, thanks to the open floor plans.
The Clarity Collection introduces another special feature—the “Family Foyer.” While guests come and go through the grand entry found beyond the front door, the family likely enters from the garage. It’s at this point of entry where Drees has included a special foyer with built-in cabinetry, benches and hooks perfect for hanging backpacks, stowing sporting gear and stashing other personal belongings.
The first floor isn’t the only place you’ll find custom-style design features. Many of the Collection’s master suites include tray ceilings and luxurious, spa-style master baths, some even with walk-in showers with glass walls and seats. All include garden soaking tubs and large-sized windows, setting the tone for a peaceful oasis to wash away the day’s stresses.
All of the homes also feature covered outdoor living spaces, some quite expansive with built-in fireplaces that are perfect for enjoying the great outdoors for three seasons or more.
Throughout the Clarity Collection, you’ll find special touches like architectural niches and alcoves that are standard in a custom home. You’ll also find walls finished with rounded edges, pendant lighting, granite countertops and marble tile, and other luxurious features today’s homeowner has come to expect when building a new home. Best of all, the Clarity Collection has that feel of a custom home without the custom price!
I invite you to learn more about the Clarity Collection: watch videos, see artist renderings and view floor plans. Discover why these homes are so fresh and exciting!
