Indianapolis, IN — February 1, 2013 — Kristie Smith, one of the country’s top-producing real estate professionals, is leaving ERA Real Estate to join the Keller Williams Realty team in the Indianapolis Metro North Market Center.
“We are excited to welcome Kristie and the entire Indy Homes Team to the Keller Williams Realty family,” said Mark Willis, chief executive officer of Keller Williams Realty International (KWRI). “This company succeeds through its people, and having Kristie Smith on our team is a huge win for us.”
Yearning to flex her entrepreneurial muscles, Kristie Smith left her corporate marketing job in 2003 and founded the Indy Homes Team.
In just a few short years, Kristie’s focus on client service and evidence-based outcomes built the Indy Homes Team into one of the top real estate groups in Indiana. In 2012 her team sold 114 homes, totaling over $25M in gross sales volume.
“I joined Keller Williams Realty because I wanted to be a part of something exciting,” Smith said. “I noticed many well-respected, top-producing agents were making the move to Keller Williams Realty and that piqued my interest. This company promotes an agent-centric business model that focuses on cutting-edge training, profit sharing and wealth-building opportunities. When I decided that I wanted to take my business to the next level, I knew joining Keller Williams Realty was the next logical step.”
The Indy Metro North Market Center, located at 9555 N. River Road, Indianapolis, was established in 2006 and has 110 associates. In 2012, it generously profit-shared nearly $100,000 with its associates.
