Indianapolis, IN — Aug. 31, 2018 — Kristie Smith and the Indy Homes Team retained the number 10 spot on the Indianapolis Business Journal’s All-Star Agent Teams list for the second year in a row, with a total sales volume of $87,561,882 for 2016 and 2017.
Smith, founder and CEO of the Indy Homes Team, was the only Keller Williams agent among the top 10 and one of three female team leaders. However, KW agents dominated the top 25 list, comprising 30 percent of the top agent teams.
Smith made IBJ's top 10 for the first time last year, with a total sales volume of $83,565,501 for 2015 and 2016.
“I’m honored to be ranked among this group of outstanding agents and even more thrilled to represent Keller Williams among the top 10,” Smith said. “Our team’s success has been built upon ‘WOW’ service, evidence-based real estate practices, and always putting the client first. It's gratifying to see our hard work pay off and to make this list for a second consecutive year.”
IBJ has gathered its All-Star Agents list annually since 1997. Agents are ranked by their sales volume over a two-year period. View the list >>
