ZIONSVILLE, IN—January 19, 2018—Enjoy a VIP night with girlfriends, complete with a luxury home tour, boutique shopping, mixology drinks, and mouthwatering appetizers, all while supporting the Zionsville Education Foundation (ZEF).
Zionsville resident and REALTOR Kristie Smith is opening her brand-new home in Lost Run February 8 for this elegant ladies’ night. Martinis, mixology drinks and appetizers will be provided, and Kristie will personally lead tours of her 12,000-plus square custom home, Fenix. Built after losing her previous home to a devastating fire in 2015, the home is full of meaningful personal touches, interesting stories, gorgeous design and the latest in home technology. You won’t want to miss Kristie’s “farmhouse glam” masterpiece, recently featured in Sophisticated Living. (See the article and photos.)
Boutique items from the following merchants will also be available for purchase. All profits will be donated to ZEF.
Long a proponent of quality education, Kristie has been involved with the Zionsville Education Foundation for several years.
“I was the first college graduate from both sides of my family, and I firmly believe that education is the eternal equalizer of humanity,” Kristie said. “I’m proud to support the amazing work the Zionsville Education Foundation does for the children of Zionsville Community Schools.”
In the 20 years since its inception, the Zionsville Education Foundation (ZEF) has awarded over $1,000,000 in classroom, professional development, and student enrichment grants. ZEF depends on corporate sponsorships, individual donations, and support from community merchants to help support its mission to fund innovation in education in all Zionsville Community Schools.

About Zionsville Education Foundation:
Zionsville Community Schools are currently some of the lowest funded public schools per student in Indiana. The funds raised by Zionsville Education Foundation are used to help bridge the gap between the basic curricular necessities provided by the state funds and the innovative ideas our educators develop to encourage our students to think out of the box and develop into life-long thinkers. Founded in 1995, ZEF is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who, through careful financial investments and meticulous stewardship of corporate and community donations, maintains the founding supporters’ original mission: to use the money raised and invested to fund classroom, professional development, and student enrichment grants.
About Kristie Smith:
Yearning to flex her entrepreneurial muscles, Kristie Smith left her corporate marketing job in 2003 and founded the Indy Homes Team. In just a few short years, Kristie’s focus on client service and great evidence-based outcomes built the Indy Homes Team into one of the top real estate groups in Indiana. The team continually ranks nationally among all Keller Williams agents in terms of sales volume.
